1 ripe avocado
1/2 cup milk
1 tablespoon honey
2 to 3 tablespoons granola or crushed almonds
Blend avocado, milk, and honey in a blender (or food processor) until smooth. Garnish with granola or almonds. You can also chill for about an hour for refreshing coolness.
