Ingredients
1 packet or 5 links of chicken sausage
1- 14oz bag of frozen peppers and onion
2 cloves minced garlic
1tbs olive or avocado oil
salt and pepper to taste
Sauce
1 cup plain Greek yogurt
2tsp Worcestershire sauce or coconut aminos
1tbs minced shallots or onions
Directions
Mix your sauce and place in the fridge to cool while cooking.
Cut and cook the sausage with olive oil and minced garlic until browned on both sides.
Add the frozen peppers and onions. It may get a bit watery as these cook, you can drain excess water through the cooking process.
Once peppers and tender and sausage is cooked all the way through you can sever over brown rice or cauliflower rice.
Top with sauce mixture.
