Ingredients

2 cups Kodiak pancake mix
1.5 cups milk (full fat milk is best)
2 eggs
2/3 cup plain Greek yogurt

Directions

preheat oven to 375 degrees
Mix all ingredients in a bowl, be careful not to over mix and do not blend!
Pour into a cookie sheet pan lined with parchment paper or into a muffin tin.
Top with your favorite fruits
Bake 15 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean
Let cook and enjoy with peanut butter, honey mixed with Greek yogurt, or no added sugar chia seed jam.
