Ingredients

3/4 cup chia seeds.
1tbs matcha powder
3 cups unsweet coconut milk or milk of choice
1tbs maple syrup or honey
1/2- 1 cup coconut yogurt or plain Greek yogurt
4 mangos
optional: coconut flakes or cinnamon for topping

Directions

Whisk chia seeds and matcha together in a bowl.
Add coconut milk, sweetener to the bowl and stir.
Sit jar/bowl overnight to make chia pudding.
Next day top the pudding with mango, yogurt and optional toppings.
The pudding mixture makes about 4 servings.
