Ingredients

-2-3 red peppers
-1/2 of a small onion
-2-3 garlic cloves or to taste
-1/4 cup mozzarella cheese
-1/2 cup water (may need to add more to get consistency you would like)

Directions

-dice up red peppers into thin slices, onion and garlic
-add 1 tbsp. olive oil to pan
-cook and sauté until soft
-blend all ingredients to desired texture
-serve over chicken, veggie noodles, palmini, noodles, shirataki noodles or veggies
