Ingredients
2 cups milk of choice
1 cup frozen raspberries
1tbs maple syrup or honey
1 cup oats
4tbs chia seeds
Directions
Add milk, raspberries and syrup to blender and blend until smooth.
Add oats and chia seeds to two jars pour raspberry mixture over it.
over and place jars in fridge overnight.
Next day you can eat as is, or top with yogurt, fresh fruit, flaxseed, hemp seeds, or unsweetened coconut flakes.
