Ingredients

2 boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite sized pieces
1 green pepper
1 red pepper
1 Orange pepper
Crushed or finely chopped Pineapple (1 can or 1 cup fresh)
1/4 cup teriyaki sauce or coconut aminos
1/4 cup of lemon juice or to taste
2tsp black pepper
2tsp ground ginger

Directions

Preheat oven to 426 degrees
Combine all ingredients into a bowl and let sit in fridge for the day or one hour
Bake for 25-30 minutes
You can top this with cauliflower rice or brown rice.
