Ingredients

-2 cups oats
-1.5 cups water
-Optional: salt, pepper, Italian seasoning, cinnamon or cumin.

Directions

-soak for 1 hour then blend.
-Add batter about 1/4 cup at a time and flip when you see it bubble (just like a pancake).
-Let cool and have as a tortilla, naan bread, or breakfast bread
