Ingredients
1 can drained tuna or two slices smoked salmon
1/4 cucumber diced
1/4 red onion diced (or picked onion)
1/4 avocado
1tbs capers
2tbs cream cheese
salt and pepper to taste
Directions
Mix all ingredients together in a bowl with a fork
Eat mixture with vegetables or on a seeded bread like Ezekiel.
